When I first started writing here my life looked ALOT different then it does today.
At the time, I was a stay-at-home dad of 2, working in remote sales. Writing about all things around my house, kids, food. How to do laundry, what it means to be a father, some recipes and lamenting how much I was spending on berries.
So much started changing, I couldn’t keep up with Substack and then frankly forgot about it. Recently, I’ve been trying to decide how to come back.
After a weird series of events…and jobs, starting my own company, and finally landing in a spot that is beneficial for my family. Here we are. I’m back.
I’m going to continue writing about being a dad. We’ve got more chaos now, not less. Kids are growing up fast, I put in 40 hours/wk at a grocery store, still trying to get jacked and eat well.
My company, Freedom Table Nutrition, is centered on helping people like me navigate the intersection of food and chaos. I’ve written many guides, filmed tons of videos, and hosted webinars. I’ve taught at the local State college, senior centers, and 3rd grade classrooms. All about eating well. Looking forward to merge some of that here, with plenty of “Dad”.
